While there, Paul led the development of the *Aqueduct Water Risk Atlas* and *Volumetric Water Benefit Accounting* method, two of the most widely used open-source resources for corporate water management. During his time at WRI, Paul worked with many other experts around the world. Some of them shared his passion for developing robust, yet practical, solutions to address emerging water challenges, tailored to the unique needs of the private sector. She has held a range of technical and leadership roles in consulting, industry and NGOs – including water strategy development, hydrogeological assessment, water supply optimization, and guidance development. Amy has worked extensively with the mining sector throughout her career, including a corporate water leadership role with BHP Iron Ore and the technical expert for the International Council on Mining and Metals (ICMM) water program (2016 – 2024).
